The spam issue may or maynot be connected to SPF and/or dkims, without seeing the SA report from headers, or header details.
Howver, please be aware that sometimes the domain NS do not point to your NS/DNS, and so any changes made on IW-CP will not be refected to the DNS in use, if not your DNS.
